This privacy policy sets out how Cadline Ltd ("CadLine") uses and protects any information that you give Cadline when you use the products and services that we offer on our web site(s) (collectively, the "Site"). Cadline is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Cadline may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

CadLine may collect both Aggregate Information and Personally Identifiable Information on the Site. "Aggregate Information" is information that describes the habits and other behavioural traits of the users of the Site as a group but does not indicate the identity of a particular user. Generally, this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "Cookies", "IP addresses" or other numeric codes used to identify a computer. The use of "Cookies" on the site is explained in more detail below in the IP Address and Cookies section.

Personally Identifiable Information

We collect information so that we can provide the best possible experience when you utilize our Services. Cadline collects the following personal data in line with the use purposes explained in a subsequent section:
• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Communication information including CadLine technical support and customer support communications
• Purchasing and payment information
• Registration and participation in CadLine events and activities
• Subscription preferences
• Information about the device(s) you use
• Information about service usage
• Cookies
• Authentication data as serial number and activation codes
• Other information you upload or provide to us.

USE OF AGGREGATE INFORMATION

CadLine may use Aggregate Information to perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behaviour of our registered users and visitors, to measure user behaviour regarding specific areas of the Site and to analyse how and where best to use our resources. Without such data, we would not know which parts of the Site are the most popular, and we would not be able to change and update the content and services appropriately.

We may use Aggregate Information to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, and for product monitoring and improvement.

CadLine also may use the Aggregate Information collected to let our partners know the number of people who have certain browser characteristics and the number of those people who have seen and/or "clicked" on individual advertisement(s). No Personally Identifiable Information will be disclosed to these partners as part of this process.

USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

CadLine does not collect Personally Identifiable Information about you except when you specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis, as prompted by the Site in the circumstances described below.

(a) Required Disclosure: CadLine will only disclose Personally Identifiable Information without your permission if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the requirements of the law or comply with legal process served on CadLine or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of CadLine; (c) enforce the CadLine Terms of Use; or (d) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public.

(b) E-Mail Promotions: If you choose to receive promotional e-mails from CadLine, we will ask you to provide CadLine with your e-mail address. If at any time after you subscribe to receive e-mail promotions, you may unsubscribe by replying to CadLine with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject heading of your e-mail.

(c) Contests: We may ask you for Personally Identifiable Information when you enter a contest sponsored by CadLine. If you enter a contest on the Site, we will use the Personally Identifiable Information you provide to contact you in the event that you win.

(d) To follow-up on product trial download requests. When requesting product information or a trial of our software, you may be asked to provide your Personally Identifiable Information and whether you would like to request a product demonstration. CadLine uses this personal information to send you the download link of the product(s) requested via email and to engage with you regarding product information, pricing and subscription information, order details, as well as to send you information regarding event participation and other marketing related activities. By providing this information, you are agreeing that CadLine can contact you, send you important information about our products, including new product updates and releases. You may opt out of our email communication at any time.
Product and Service Purchases/Enquiries: We ask for Personally Identifiable Information when you purchase a product or service through CadLine's E-Store, or if you wish to become a licensed user of a CadLine product, such as ARCHLine.XP. When you purchase a product or service, CadLine will collect your credit card and shipping information for billing purposes. CadLine does not store, use or share your credit card information for any other purpose. CadLine uses security techniques, including encryption and secure servers, to help protect against unauthorized access to transmitted information used for billing purposes.

CadLine will collect Personally Identifiable Information from you when you request additional information about a particular product or service listed on the Site, so that a CadLine sales representative or local partner is able to contact you to provide the information you have requested.

(e) Service/Support Related Correspondence: If you register to use a CadLine product or otherwise purchase a product from this Site, CadLine may use your e-mail contact information to deliver technical support-related service information, as applicable. We will not send you unrelated promotional e-mails unless you have specifically asked to receive them. If you register to use a CadLine product or otherwise purchase a product from this Site, you will not be able to unsubscribe from receiving technical support-related service e-mails (unless your license rights expire or are terminated), as these e-mails are considered part of the service you have chosen.

(f) Correspondence: If you contact CadLine, we may keep a record of that correspondence. If you communicate with CadLine via e-mail, we may keep a record of your e-mail address, but we will not disclose your e-mail address except as permitted under this Privacy Statement.

(g) To assess usage of our Services. CadLine may track your usage of our Services (e.g., ARCHLine.XP) to determine your level of usage, and those usage statistics may be made available to CadLine hosting provider and your company or institution.

SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Our policy is not to disclose personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties unless required to do so by law or legal process.
Sharing with third parties:
Service providers. We work with third-party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to protect your information.
With your consent. We share information about you with third parties when you give us consent to do so. For example, we often display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our public websites. With your consent, we may post your name alongside the testimonial.
Responses to legal requests:
CadLine reserves the right to share your information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law.
In the event of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this privacy policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

CHILDREN

The CadLine products and services offered on the Site are not available to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has registered or is attempting to register with the Site, we will notify the user that he is not eligible to become a member. We will also expunge any Personally Identifiable Information from our records, barring that which is used to block the child from our service.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Information collected by CadLine is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. All of our employees are dedicated to maintaining and upholding your privacy and security and are aware of our privacy and security policies.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

How long we keep information. How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

Account information. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate cloud services.

Managed accounts. If CadLine is made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), we retain your information as long as required by the administrator of your account.

HOW CAN YOU CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION?

You can control the information we have about you and how we use it in several ways.
If you are a registered user, and previously been in contact with CadLine you can review, revise, and correct the personal data that you have provided to CadLine at any time via email at office@cadline.hu. Should you request it, we will provide you with an electronic file of your basic account information.
 
Delete your information. You have the right to delete any information on our systems that are not required for you to continue using our products. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.
Access and update your information. Our Services and related documentation give you the ability to access and update certain information about yourself. For example, you can access your profile information from your account and search for content containing information about yourself on our systems click here.
You can update your profile information within your profile settings and modify content that contains information about you within CadLine website, and can request any other information you provide to us to be updated.
 
Deactivate your account. If you no longer wish to use CadLine products, you or your administrator may be able to deactivate your user account. If you can deactivate your own account, that setting is available to you in your account settings. Otherwise, please contact your administrator. If you are an administrator and are unable to deactivate an account through your administrator settings, please contact office@cadline.hu. Please be aware that deactivating your account may not delete your information. Your account will no longer be viewable but in accordance with applicable law, your content may still be accessible and viewable. In order to request permanent closure and deletion of your account, please contact us at office@cadline.hu.
 
Request that we stop using your information. In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don't have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe your account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account as provided in this policy. Where you gave us consent to use your information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place at the time. You can also opt-out of our use of your information for marketing purposes by contacting us, as provided below. When you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. If there is delay or dispute as to whether we have the right to continue using your information, we will restrict any further use of your information until the request is honored or the dispute is resolved, provided your administrator does not object (where applicable). If you object to information about you being shared with a third-party app, please disable the app or contact your administrator to do so.
Opt out of communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our promotional email list or registration database. You will, however, continue to receive transactional communications from us regarding any active Services. 

OTHER WEB SITES AND LINKS

This Site contains links to other web sites. CadLine's partners may also have links on this Site. The privacy practices of those partners or web sites linked to CadLine are not covered by this Privacy Statement and CadLine is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Additionally, if you make a purchase from a store or merchant listed on or linked to the Site, any information that you give, such as your credit card number and contact information, is provided to those merchants. These merchants have separate privacy and data collection practices and CadLine has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy policies posted on each and every site you may visit.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad statistical information. IP addresses are also used to provide an audit trail in the case of attempted illegal use of the Site as well as to guard against spamming. CadLine may use "Cookies" - a Cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the Cookie to you. The purpose of a Cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific web page. Cookies allow us to know how often users visit the Site and the activities that users conduct while on the Site. This allows CadLine to statistically monitor how many people are using the Site and for what purpose. You have the ability to accept or decline Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline Cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline Cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Site.

PUBLIC FORUMS

The Site enables users to make certain information publicly available on the Site through discussion forums and bulletin boards. We do not require you to provide Personally Identifiable Information in order to post or read messages in a discussion forum on the Site. Be advised that everything that you disclose in these areas, including any Personally Identifiable Information, is not subject to this Privacy Statement and immediately becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information or other personally sensitive data in a discussion forum.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

CadLine will occasionally update this Privacy Statement. When CadLine posts changes to this Privacy Statement, you will see the word "updated" next to the Privacy Statement link on the front page of CadLine. If there are material changes to this Privacy Statement or in how CadLine will use your Personally Identifiable Information, CadLine will prominently post such changes prior to implementing them. CadLine encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to be informed of how CadLine is protecting your information.

Your use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Statement, and your continued usage after any changes in this Privacy Statement are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement or any revised Privacy Statement, please exit this Site immediately.

EUROPEAN UNION PRIVACY RIGHTS.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) (also known as GDPR), if you are an individual protected by the GDPR you may have certain rights as a data subject. To request information about or avail yourself of those rights, please send an email to office@cadline.hu with "GDPR Request" in the subject line. In the email please describe, with specificity, the GDPR right you are requesting assistance with. Please note additional information may be requested prior to initiation of a request and that CadLine reserves the right to charge a fee with respect to certain requests. Upon CadLine’s completion of its review you will be notified if your request has been granted, denied, or exemptions apply.
